Housekeeping was commendable, and I appreciated their quick response to my requests, though faced challenges with the condition of the room. The location near I-75 is convenient, but the state of the room was disappointing—doors were falling off, and surfaces were dirty, with an overall lack of maintenance noticeable throughout my stay. Additionally, dealing with a rude staff member when addressing my concerns added to my frustration.

It was just a prime choice for exploring town in Knoxville with best value. The room had a strong air conditioner, so I stayed cool during my visit. Check for a room on a higher floor for less noise.

proximity to I-75, basic lobby cleanliness, functional toilet
The rooms desperately need deep cleaning!!! Fuzzy TV reception and non-functional air conditioning need addressing!!! Overall upkeep seems neglected, making a stay uncomfortable!!!

I had a wonderful time here, especially enjoying the comfy beds and the very large refrigerator in my room. It was great to unwind by the pool and take advantage of the free breakfast options. Although the coffee could've been stronger, it didn’t take away from my overall lovely stay! ☕

Comfortable Beds and Clean Room
I stayed in a Double Room with Two Double Beds, Non-Smoking for one night. The air conditioner worked well, and the room was very clean, which I really appreciated after a long day on the road. The beds were comfy, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. However, I found the overall upkeep could be improved, as the bathroom could use brighter lights and better cleaning.
